Forenklet funksjonsmatrise (“Funksjonsnivåer”) for Bestillingstransport

Beskrivelse av måleperiode for BT har blitt lagt til, samt noen eksempler på hvordan vi skal måle datakvalitet på for BT basert på modellen for rutesatt transport.

Vi har lagt til tekniske krav for førerappen.

Definisjoner har blitt mer tydeliggjort.

Rutesatt transport: funksjonsnivå By og Region har blitt slått sammen til «Buss», «Basis» ble gjort om til «Mini» og forenklet.

Oppdrag og plandata:

API for den operative plandatabasen har blitt lagt til.

API for Ruterlogg som er oppdragsgivers system for logging av trafikkhendelser og avvik, er lagt til. Bruk av Ruterlogg er obligatorisk for operatørene i kategori “Rutesatt transport” men valgfritt for operatørene i kategori “Bestillingstransport”:
Oppdragsgiver kan i fremtiden anskaffe et felles trafikkloggsystem. Oppdragsgiver kan pålegge Operatøren å benytte Oppdragsgivers trafikkloggsystem. Oppdragsgiver vil invitere Operatøren til å gi innspill i forbindelse med anskaffelse et slikt system.

Spesielle krav:

Spesielle krav til Signalprioritering (TSP) og Blueatooth Beacons har blitt fjernet

Kategoriene BIKE, PRAM, WHEELCHAIR til passasjertelling (APT)-krav har blitt lagt til.

Ytelseskrav til funksjonsnivåer:

Nytt prinsipp for Ytelseskrav til funksjonsnivåer har blitt lagt til:

• Kravene brukes til økonomiske incitamenter som skal belønne forbedringer av datakvaliteten.

Ny modell for beregning av datakvalitet har blitt utarbeidet. SLA-kravene for flere dataemner har blitt endret.

Flere ytelsesnivåer har blitt lagt til.
